RM79!!! n my mum actually said yes!! oh oh, n she suggested dat i buy the matching top to go wif it!!! (the blouse is damn nice too, but the skirt's enough for me) n the top cost RM69!!! i was like, "r u okay or not??? y suddenly so generous wan?" then she replied, "nothing.. just felt like it"..so anyway, i said,"ah, nvm lah, since the skirt is so expensive, i'll wait until sale or sumthing lah.." n she actually said(i still cant believe it), "no need lah, if u like it, just buy it now lah.. if u wait until got sale, sure no more left" so in the end, i bought the skirt!!! *grins* thanx mummy!!! *hugz!!* n all this while, she kept bugging me cos i already hav a lot of clothes.. n she didnt buy anything for herself even though there's sale now... :'( i love my mum!!

hehehe... TWELVE of us, yes, i noe, dat's a lot since it's no special occasion...haha... anyway, as i was about to say, 12 of us watched a series of unfortunate events n 9 of us watched sepet.

*ahem ahem* a series of unfortunate events is............ DAMN NICE!!! i heard from a lot of reviews dat it's not so nice but... i dun care. i watched it anyway..haha... turns out they're wrong.. >P dun care... i admit - it's nicer than the harry potter movies.. maybe it's cos i already noe the books so well :D dat it's no fun anymore. plus the movies cant well, portray feelings as well as the book can...

oh n now to sepet..
hmmm... this is the exact opp. i heard it's very very good so i was kindda disappointed.. not dat it's not good, it's generally not bad la.. only i tot it would b a story about sum feud between their parents cos of their religions but it has NOTHING to do wif it lah.. bleh... just like a normal chinese show.. anyway, if i could write to the makers of the movie, id DEFINITELY give them some pointers on how to improve dat movie


1. choose cuter guys to act the movie
2. PLEASE,PLEASE cut out the irrelevant parts.. sum of them r TOTALLY lame lah n has NOTHING to do wif the movie.. like, the part where dat ah loong was dancing n another scene where orked's parents were dancing
3. at least show some nice nice places in perak. the places they show r all run-down n dirty n the paint of buildings are peeling.. ppl might just get away wif the idea dat m'sia is so ulu
4. oh man... they just dunno when to play music lah.. i mean, like the part where the guy's eyes met the girl's, they should play a romantic song lah... it's like, they were just staring n staring n staring at each other WITHOUT ANY MUSIC!!! it's so stupid lah!!!
5. this one, i really really wanted to box the cameraman's head... dun u noe dat when a person is talking, u SHOULD focus on him/her?!?!?! so stupid lah!!! when the guy was talking, they focused it on the girl, WHO WASNT SPEAKING!!! n vice versa


i think dat's about it.. but i shall add more when i can think of them... bleh.. they should let ME direct the movie lar!!!

nightmares!

gosh! i just had like, 2 nightmares in a row.. damn scary la...

first of all, i was at this deserted area, kindda like a rundown flat, n then all of a sudden, this horrible man appeared out of nowhere n he ordered me to go up to this certain flat. Anyway, im supposed to go to its toilet n in the toilet, there's TWO knobs - one red, the other blue. well, if i press the blue one, i'll die in a certain way n if i press the red one, ill die in another way (except the red one's way of dying is worse. so anyway, im supposed to press the red one n if i dun do as he says, i noe dat he'll kill me. so i snuck into the flat n there was a bunch of ppl sitting there n laughing n drinking. believe me, they dun look friendly. anyhow, i had NO idea how i got into the toilet but i was already there. eeyer! the toilet's so dirty la... like those public toilets *shudders* u noe how i HATE public toilets n avoid going to one if i can help it... ANYWAY, guess wat i saw.. there isnt 1 red n 1 blue knob.. instead there were TWO red knobs!! just when i decided ill pick the blue one no matter wat he said. i knew i had no choice but to choose one. i didnt want to, obviously n somehow, i knew dat im dreaming. i TRIED n TRIED to wakeup but it wouldnt work!!! at last, i gave up n did the only thing i could do. i pressed one of the knobs. so i did but nothing happened. i tried the other one n nothing happened too. so i just kept trying both n all of a sudden, hot water gushed out from the showerheads.....

all of a sudden, im in school, n ms chuah was handing out history tests (im supposed to hav one on mon, immediately when sch reopens, c.. dat explains y im dreaming bout this) yeah, so it was an SBQ test n i just sat there n stare at my paper, trying to figure out wat the sources mean. then i decided to analyse each of them n jot down wat they meant on a piece of paper n after dat, attempt to answer the qns. for some reason, i was slowly taking my time (even though i knew i should hurry) anyway, suddenly ms chuah announced dat we hav 15 mins left n i just finished analysing ALL the sources, feeling proud of myself dat i finished already. suddenly, the horrible truth sank in my head - i havent answered the questions yet!!! so i rushed to do it n guess wat? the qns are totally not ur typical sbq lah.. u dun even NEED to refer to the sources. so crap la.. they're more like BIO qns where they give u a short statement n u r supposed to use ur knowledge to ans the qn wif it. in the end, i managed to finish the first qn (worth 5 marks) only!!! AAARRRGHHHHHH!!!! this is like the time when i realised dat ive still got a WHOLE pg to finish in less than 2 mins (it's in one of my prev entries) ugh...

i dunno which one's more horrible but thankfully, they're both dreams only..i noe it doesnt sound so scary but u noe wat dreams like... *phew*

F-I-N-A-L-L-Y! the long-awaited week we've all been looking forward to!!! :D *phew* after a SUPER hectic term, we all deserve a break, kay... apparently the teachers dun think so... they gave us so much hw, i think our hw piles r taller than mt everest la... im NOT kidding... >.<

okay, i shall stop being so depressed n get into the hol mood.. hehe... ive been so busy the past few weeks, i didnt even had time to feel homesick la.. but when i got home, this overwhelming feeling came over me. suddenly, the food seemed extra extra DELICIOUS (even tho it's just like fishcake n rice n soup) not really surprising, considering hostel food's er.... x_X even camp food tastes a lot better la..oh n my sweet sweet loyal doggie was the 1st to run out of the hse to greet me... awww... she's soooo cute!!! ill try to put up some pics of her later.. :) n i cant wait to catch up on all my chinese shows!!! wheee... so fun.. im gonna hav a chinese-show-a-thon hahaha...oh n my twin sisters r back from india!!! which means... FAMILY REUNION!! this is probably the only time im gonna c them this yr since i wont b going back in sept la... so sad...

rite.. the plane was packed la... it's like, every seat was taken (im not exaggerating)... i died in the queue while waiting to board the plane, reincarnated, n died again in the queue to get OUT of the plane... :/ then my mum wanted me to check the price of some whisky in the airport (since it's tax-free) so by the time i get to reclaim my baggage, i was soo late dat my luggage wasnt there anymore... i had to go around looking for it n after a loooong search, i gave up n asked the baggage-handlers... apparently they put it under the "unclaimed" luggages... cmon lar... i wasnt DAT late... man, i tell u, some ppl just dun noe wat POLITE means... bleh... i shall not talk about dat...

anyway, the most important thing is, im home n it's the hols!! WHEEEE!!! happy hols everyone!!! p[^o^]q

wif great joy, i announce dat physics test is ..... *drumroll* CANCELLED!!! WOOHOO!!! n just last nite i was worrying about how im going to finish studying... heh... *kowtow 3 times to the sky* thank u thank u!!! *kisses the ground* look's like my prayers hav been answered... haha...

heh... today eng mock exam was well, not exactly enjoyable but kindda entertaining thanx to *ahem* urs truly, moi who created a well, a few distractions... hehe...

1st of all, i left my file n pencil case on the table next to mine n being the clumsy person dat i am (i cant even walk without tripping over - which was wat happened during add math lecture) i knocked over the both the file n UNZIPPED pencil case which of course resulted in a lot of noise being created as my stuff clattered on the plastic chair. heh. typical me. after dat, i was holding my pen or sumthing, n then somehow it slipped through my fingers n well, u can imagine the noise it made when it fell on my table.. haha... i just cant help embarrassing myself lar when im uncomfortable...

super long week!

ahhhhh... this week was SUPER long... really. lemme begin...

mon : nothing impt (this is the only free day loh)

tues : had an animal planet talk by lyndal (u noe, the show, lyndal's lifeline??? it's on every sunday at 2000) about, well, im sure u can figure it out already...heh... n we've got hers n her bf's autograph..:) so for the WHOLE day, we didnt hav any studies!!! YAY!!! wah ha ha... n we were released at 1030!!! after dat, we went to plaza sing to watch constantine (btw, it was boring i fell asleep quite a few times (mainly cos i was tired la) ... it's kindda funny too... haha... oh oh, before dat, we went to pizza hut for lunch... since we were like, the only ppl there, they treated us super nicely!!! so so terhutang budi.. 1st of all, we tot we could get this student specials discount, only we didnt noe dat it starts at 1330 n well, it was 1230... so anyway, the waitress (May) spoke to her manager n they gave it to us anyway!! so nice, huh! n then they got our orders wrong,we ordered ONE calamari n they tot it was TWO so they gave the extra one to us for FREE!! i told u they're damn nice(especially May cos she was the one who told the manager about it too)! not only dat, for those of u who noe me,u should noe dat i DRINK (non-alcoholic drinks, dat is) damn a lot, n so we finished our pitcher of pepsi really fast (mainly thanx to moi who drank THREE glasses of it.. hehe) anyway, i was like,do u guys wanna order more
drinks? im still thirsty!! n suddenly the waitress appeared wif glasses of water! (i told u, im so terhutang budi) SO NICE!! AHHHH... rite, so to repay May's kindness, we wrote super good comments about her!! it's nothing much but dat's the best we could do... we cant leave a tip on the table cos another waitress did the cleaning up n we had to pay at the counter... :/ oh n we took neoprints too.. :D will upload later...

fri : chem test... after dat, i had to go for swim heats!!! bleah... michelle n jeaniffer (those idiots) abandoned me n i had to go ALL BY MYSELF.. pfft... so to save myself from ultimate BOREDOME, i smsed all the ppl i think would reply n apparently im WRONG
cos none of them did...anyway, luckily poots was so nice, she teman-ed me on the phone.. heh.. thanx poots! oh, n as predicted, i was last la.. i hope i wasnt last for the whole event... dat'll b damn embarrassing loh... anyway, it wasnt my fault... i was swimming in between SPORTS GIRLS... >.<

sat : launching of PROJECT INKWELL!!! it's like this campaign thingy to encourage ppl to read more so the drama club came up wif this idea for us to ACT out certain scenes from books yeah, n my grp did the tea party in Alice in Wonderland.. chee jia - march hare, sam - alice, wen -queen of hearts, shannon - chesire cat, and last but not least... ME - mad hatter.. only cj, sam n i acted, the rest just walked around as their characters... it really was quite fun la but quite disappointing also cos most ppl didnt understand our play n so, we didnt get the response we
were hoping to get... *sigh* or maybe we were just lousy... plus it was super super tiring... we acted like, 15 times altogether in ONE day.. gosh... PLUS we were supposed to go to school at 0730 to set up our booth.. heh, n i overslept for 1/2 an hour (sorry la, slept around 2 the previous nite cos too busy playing sims 2) to cut the long story short, im so sad this thing's over already.. it's like, for once, drama actually has sumthing dat involves the WHOLE club n not those FAVOURITES la... im gonna miss my beautiful costume (even tho the colours r like, clashing to make me seem MORE mad) n my make up's really HORRIBLE... haha... wait. i nearly forgot to mention the MOST IMPORTANT THING!!! a reporter from the straits times (local newspaper) took pictures of us!!! wah haha!! dat means we're going to appear on the newspaper!!! heh... :D i hope i look okay or it'll be er... oh n one last thing, i asked fred to jaga my wallet while we returned the tables to the class upstairs n silly fred went away la!!! i forgot she was still having my wallet n i tot i lost it loh!!! scare me only.. n i couldnt contact her cos she doesnt hav a hp... anyway, im just glad i found my wallet... WAIT!! this IS the last one.. we wanted to change into our costumes, rite? so we went to the toilet but it was locked!!! seeing dat we were running out of time, we decided to change in front of the door - the area is only accessible by TWO ways n there's THREE of us so two stand guard while the third changed.. when all three of us finished changing, we realised dat there's a camera there!!! wahhhhh...luckily, it wasnt really pointing directly at us n they dun really view it unless sumthing happened...if not habislah... kena ambil kesempatan...
